What is WoW Classic Season of Discovery?

At BlizzCon 2023, Blizzard unveiled the Season of Discovery, along with its launch date set for Thursday, November 30, 2023. In a unique move, Blizzard has decided not to implement a Public Test Realm for this season, aiming to offer players an entirely fresh experience to "Discover" new elements.

• New Leveling Phases With Level Caps - Level 25, Level 40, Level 50, Level 60
• New Player Power - Rune Engraving and Runes
• New Class Roles - Mage Healer, Rogue Tank, Shaman Tank, Warlock Tank
• New Level-Up Raids - Phase 1 Blackfathom Deeps
• New Gear and Items - Fathomblade, Void Pearls, and More
• New World PvP Events - Phase 1 Ashenvale

In the Season of Discovery, players will embark on a journey to uncover hidden abilities that can alter their class in Azeroth. This season will introduce new possibilities, such as tanking Warlocks and Mage healers. Upon reaching level 25, players will be introduced to a new endgame experience with a level-25 cap. The Blackfathom Deeps raid, accommodating up to 10 players, will feature reimagined bosses, mechanics, and rewards. Shortly after, the level cap will be raised by a few levels, providing even more endgame content for players to enjoy.

In WoW Classic Season of Discovery, Gold serves as the primary in-game currency. It plays a crucial role in enhancing your gaming experience by allowing you to purchase gear, consumables, mounts, and other items that can augment your abilities and playstyle. Additionally, Gold can be utilized for trading with other players or bidding on the Auction House, where rare and valuable items can be found. Procuring Gold is essential for progressing in the game and reaching new heights of success.
